The invention relates to biotechnology and, more specifically, to a biologically active protein/polypeptide complex that exhibits a tissue-specific reparative effect on the nervous tissue as well as a method for producing said complex. The method involves defrosting the rapidly frozen brains of agricultural ungulate embryos at a gestation stage of from the middle of the first trimester to the middle of the last trimester of pregnancy and carrying out the stages of homogenizing same in a buffer solution while simultaneously performing extraction under specific conditions, removing the homogenate by centrifugation, filtering the supernatant and subjecting the filtrate to anion exchange chromatography. The target fractions collected are desalinated and preservatives are added and said fractions are filtered and sterilely packaged. The biologically active protein/polypeptide complex comprises negatively charged weakly acidic and neutral proteins and polypeptides in the form of growth factors, differentiation factors and signaling molecules with molecular masses of from 5 to 200 kDa, wherein not less than 80% of the total protein mass has a molecular mass of from 10 to 120 kDa.Linvention concerne les biotechnologies et notamment un complexe protéique et polypeptidique bioactif possédant un effet réparateur spécifique de tissu sur le tissu nerveux ainsi quun procédé de sa production.
