The holding body (20) comprises a holding base part (11) for covering one face of the liquid absorbing body (15) a surface cover part (19) for covering the other face of the liquid absorbing body (15) and a side part (13) for covering both sides of the liquid absorbing body (15). A liquid contact part (10e) is provided to an end part of the holding part (20). An open part (23) for placing the liquid absorbing body (15) in communication with the exterior is provided to the holding base part (11) or the surface cover part (19). A scale (21) for measuring an amount of liquid is provided between the liquid contact part (10e) and the open part (23).
