PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL module having excellent design unity even when the light is turned off.SOLUTION: An organic EL module comprises a cross section structure having an organic EL element with a first electrode layer, a functional layer and a second electrode layer on a substrate. The module comprises an organic EL device in which when the substrate is viewed from the top, a light emitting region for emitting light actually and a power supply region for supplying power to the light emitting region exist. The module also comprises a mirror surface member 7 having a mirror surface 37 on a surface of a light extraction side of the power supply region, and the mirror surface 37 of the mirror surface member 7 has an inclined surface inclined toward the outside from the light emitting region, and the inclined surface has an arcuate and curve surface in which its cross sectional shape is curved in an externally convex shape.
