PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health tool that stably maintains and reproduces an intensely flattened longitudinal arch of the foot back to a hollow arch resisting a load, regardless of a users instep height and variation of a load applied on the foot, and also without giving pain.SOLUTION: A health tool comprises: a first member palpable of at least one metatarsal among first to fifth metatarsals being the front end of the longitudinal arch of a foot, and coming into abutment with a sole part a second member palpable of a calcaneus being a rear end of the longitudinal arch, and coming into abutment with a heel part and a moving mechanism enabling relative movement of the first and second members in the longitudinal direction of the foot. The health tool for reproducing the longitudinal arch of the foot is constituted such that the first member has a support mechanism that can adjust the surface with which the foot comes into abutment by an inclination angle lower at an arch side, and the second member has functions of receiving the heel part palpable of the calcaneus and dispersing pressure.
