Use of phenylephrine hydrochloride (or a pharmaceutically acceptable alternative form of phenylephrine) and paracetamol in the production of a combination medicament for treating upper respiratory mucosal congestion, comprising combining such substances with excipients, characterised in that the medicament has the phenylephrine hydrochloride (or the pharmaceutically acceptable alternative form of phenylephrine) and paracetamol in proportions suitable for, and the medicament is for, providing an adult with: a) 4 mg - 7.5 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride (or an equivalent amount of a pharmaceutically acceptable alternative form of phenylephrine), in combination with 950 mg - 1,000 mg paracetamol； or b) 5 mg - 7.5 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride (or an equivalent amount of a pharmaceutically acceptable alternative form of phenylephrine), in combination with 600 mg - 700 mg paracetamol； or c) 6 mg - 8 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride (or an equivalent amount of a pharmaceutically acceptable alternative form of phenylephrine), in combination with 500 mg - 550 mg paracetamol.L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'hydrochlorure de phényléphrine (ou une forme alternative pharmaceutiquement acceptable de phényléphrine) et de paracétamol dans la production d'une combinaison médicamenteuse destinée à traiter la congestion des muqueuses des voies respiratoires supérieures, le procédé consistant à combiner lesdites substances avec des excipients, et caractérisé en ce que le médicament comprend l'hydrochlorure de phényléphrine (ou la forme alternative pharmaceutiquement acceptable de phényléphrine) et le paracétamol dans des proportions appropriées pour l'administrer à un adulte, ledit médicament étant destiné à un adulte, qui sont : a) de 4 mg à 7,5 mg d'hydrochlorure de phényléphrine, (ou une quantité équivalente d'une forme alternative pharmaceutiquement acceptable de phényléphrine) en combinaison avec une quantité de 950 mg à 1000 mg de paracétamol ； ou b) de 5 mg à 7,5 mg d'hydroch
