PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply device whereby water stored in a water tank is sucked up by a pump into a duct and supplied and to automatically stop the supply of water from the tip of the duct by means of an inexpensive arrangement when the pump is stopped.SOLUTION: An air suction valve 10 for sucking air into a portion of a hose 3 through which water in a water tank 1 is sucked up by a pump 2 is provided so that when the pump 2 is stopped, siphon action by which the water in the water tank 1 is sucked up to the hose 3 is shut off to automatically stop the supply of water from the tip of the duct by means of an inexpensive arrangement.【課題】水槽に貯めた水をポンプで管路に吸い上げて給水する給水装置で、ポンプを停止したときに、管路の先端からの給水を安価な構成で自動的に止めることができるようにすることである。【解決手段】水槽１の水をポンプ２で吸い上げるホース３の途中へエアを引き込むエア引き込み弁１０を設けることにより、ポンプ２が停止したときに、水槽１の水をホース３へ吸い上げるサイホン作用を遮断し、管路の先端からの給水を安価な構成で自動的に止めることができるようにした。【選択図】図２
