PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately cool down generated heat with a simple configuration and to decrease noises caused by vibration.SOLUTION: A magnetic stimulation device for urinary incontinence treatment includes: a magnetic stimulation mechanism part 40 in which a coil 42 is wound around a core 41 leaving first gaps 61, 62 an air-cooled box 30 for housing the magnetic stimulation mechanism part 40 so that a second gap 46a is formed between the core 41 and an outer circumference of an upper end part of the coil 42 a seat surface attachment box 20 for housing the air-cooled box 30 so as to form an upper surface part gap 26 and a side surface part space 24 between the seat surface attachment box and the air-cooled box 30 and a fan 35 for exhausting air through an air intake port 25, the upper surface gap 26, the first and second gaps 61, 62, and 46a from an air exhaust port 34.
