The present invention relates to a waist protecting band including a first fastening belt which has a waist pressing unit formed in the length center thereof to contact the waist and is rolled on the waist to fasten the waist and a second fastening belt which is fixed to the first fastening belt with the waist pressing unit between the first fastening belt and the second fastening belt so as to finely adjust pressure on the waist. The waist protecting band comprises: multiples pores equipped in an up and down direction in the waist pressing unit first and second slide inducing units which are fixed at up and down directional intervals onto the inner surface of the waist pressing unit and have concave first and second fixing grooves a first hinge which is equipped at an interval from the outer surface of the waist pressing unit a second hinge which is equipped at the bottom side thereof at an interval from the first hinge a first pushing rod which has a first inserting projection formed in one end thereof to be inserted in the first fixing groove, wherein the other end is coupled with the first hinge through hinge coupling a second pushing rod which has a second inserting projection formed in one end thereof to be inserted in the second fixing groove, wherein the other end is coupled with the second hinge through hinge coupling and a third fastening belt which is fixed on the top surface of the first hinge in a direction vertically crossing the first pushing rod.
