The present invention is related to a pharmaceutical composition to increase a content and an availability of a cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in a body. The pharmaceutical composition comprises a first main component comprising 2~26 parts by weight of ginsenosides Rg1, Rb1 and Re, a second main component comprising 3~48 parts by weight of a glycyrrhiza related acid being one selected from a group consisting of a glycyrrhizic acid, a glycyrrhetinic acid and a combination thereof, and a third main component comprising 0.002~0.5 parts by weight of a jujuba cyclic adenosine monophosphate (jujuba cAMP).
