PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling and forming multicolored cosmetics dispensing with a preliminary drying step, capable of preventing color mixing at a boundary part of the multicolored cosmetics.SOLUTION: The method for filling and forming is described as follows: a container 1 for multicolored cosmetics is used, which have a bottom plate part 2 and a sidewall part 3 erected from the peripheral end of the bottom plate part 2, and which is provided with a straight insertion hole for partitioning the internal space into two chambers and two filling holes 7 for filling two-color cosmetics a straight partition piece 4 of a partition tool 5 is inserted into the straight insertion hole from the outside of the bottom plate part 2, and a sucking auxiliary sheet 15 through which the air is circulated to the opening side is interposed and fitted onto the end face part of a sucking body 11, to thereby form two cosmetic filling chambers 6a, 6b the inside of the container 1 for multicolored cosmetics is vacuum-sucked by the sucking body 11, and two-color cosmetics are filled into the cosmetic filling chambers 6a, 6b and the partition tool 5 is extracted from the container 1 for the multicolored cosmetics, and the two-color cosmetics are pressed by a pressing means 22, to thereby shape the two-color cosmetics so as to be distributed continuously in the bordering state on a boundary line.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】予備乾燥工程が不要で、かつ、複数色化粧料の境界部分での色混じりがない、複数色化粧料の充填成形方法を実現する。【解決手段】充填成形方法は、底板部2と、この底板部2の外周端から立設した側壁部3とを有し、底板部2に、内部空間を2室に仕切るための直状挿入穴と、2色の化粧料充填用の2個の充填孔7とを設けた複数色用化粧料容器1を使用し、直状挿入穴に底板部2の外側から仕切り具5の直状仕切り片4を挿入し、開口側に空気が流通する吸引補助シート15を介在させ、吸引体11の端面部に嵌め込んで、2個の化粧料充填室6a、6bを形成し、吸引体11により複数色用化粧料容器1の内部を減圧吸引するとともに、2色の化粧料を化粧料充填室6a、6bに充填し、仕切り具5を複数色用化粧料容器1から抜き取り、押圧手段22により2色の化粧料を押圧し、2色の化粧料が境界線を境とし連続分布するように成形する。【選択図】図4
