School District Administrators have the real-time monitoring of students and school buses during daily school transportation. The IRITRANS® system will provide school districts with real-time bus locations and more importantly the “specific identity of all students on-board”. The system prevents students from becoming lost by boarding or exiting at the wrong assigned bus stop. The iris scanning process is completely mobile from all points of the bus for loading and unloading students with special needs requirements. If a student has a medical emergency the medical history is available to responders for correct treatment. In a hijacking event authorities have access to the real-time GPS location of the bus and the specific identity of students onboard. In the event of a school evacuation, administrators know where the students have been taken and the identity of the students on a specific bus to provide parents.
