In the present invention, disclosed is an apparatus for adjusting posture changes. Specifically, the apparatus for adjusting posture changes according to one embodiment of the present invention is an apparatus for adjusting posture changes, which is disposed at both sides of a bed frame to adjust an angle of a backrest frame, wherein the apparatus comprises: a base frame connected to the bed frame； a plurality of guide rollers disposed in the upper end portion of the base frame in a lengthwise direction of the base frame to correspond to the shape of the base frame in the base frame； and a first connection portion having one side connected to the backrest frame and capable of being moved by guide of the guide roller.
