PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing a grafted seedling which prevents degradation of accuracy in joining seedlings due to improper posture and/or position of a seedling or a clip so as to obtain a favorable grafted seedling.SOLUTION: The device for producing a grafted seedling includes: a rootstock preprocessing part (3) transferring a rootstock seedling to a joining position (63) a scion preprocessing part (4) transferring a scion seedling to the joining position (63) and a bonding treatment part (7) bonding the rootstock seedling and the scion seedling each transferred to the joining position (63), wherein the bonding treatment part (7) is provided with a clip supply device (74) which supplies clips (101) for joining the seedlings to be grafted to the joining position (63) one by one with a gripping part (102) open, and grips both of the rootstock seedling and the scion seedling to fix them by closing the gripping part (102).
