PURPOSE: An ultraviolet ray radiating apparatus, and a producing method of mushroom using thereof are provided to rapidly change ergosterol contained in the mushroom into vitamin D2. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of mushroom comprises the following steps: locating all the mushroom on a conveyor belt located on the lower side of the housing, and stopping the movement of the conveyor belt； radiating 120w of B-wave ultraviolet rays to the mushroom for 5minutes； and transporting the mushroom to the outside of the housing by moving the conveyor belt. The B-wave ultraviolet rays are radiated from a B-wave ultraviolet ray lamp installed on the upper inner wall of the housing.본 발명은 원적외선 및 음이온을 방사하는 세라믹 타일을 부착한 자외선 조사장치를 이용하여 버섯에 함유된 엘고스테롤을 신속하게 비타민D2로 전환시키면서 비타민D2의 함량을 증대시키는 기술에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본원 발명은 버섯의 품질 향상과 부가가치 상승에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
