PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device and program that can improve inspection efficiency.SOLUTION: An endoscope device includes an image generation unit which generates images including one or more subject images, and a display unit which displays the image. A control unit executes: first processing that causes the display unit to display one dynamic image second processing that causes the display unit to display all of a plurality of images to be used in measurement or all of a plurality of images based on one image to be used in the measurement as still images, after the first processing third processing that displays a part of the plurality of images to be used in the measurement or a part of the plurality of images based on the one image to be used in the measurement at the second processing, and then returns the part of the plurality of images to the first processing on the basis of a first instruction of a user and measurement processing that specifies a measurement point on the basis of a second instruction of the user, after the second processing, on the basis of the instruction of the user, and measures a size of a subject at the specified measurement point on the basis of an image based on all of the plurality of images or on the basis of all of the plurality of images based on the one image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
