PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering reaction force adjusting device of the moving body which can adjust steering reaction force so that it may approach the steering reaction force more suitable for a drivers fatigue condition.SOLUTION: A controller 6 for the steering reaction force is equipped with a muscular strength detecting section 11, a fatigue estimating section 12, and reaction adjusting section 13. Furthermore, the muscular strength detecting section 11 estimates muscular strengths of a plurality of muscular chosen from muscles of arm located at from a shoulder and arm of the driver using a muscle framework model and admittance measuring method.
