PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cerebral circulation condition examining device and a stress meter equipped with the device which improve the reliability of detected information compared with the prior art to reduce a burden on an engineer and acquire an index or the like of a cerebral circulation condition of high accuracy easily in an early stage.SOLUTION: The cerebral circulation condition examining device includes: a detecting part 3 detecting the cerebral circulation condition of an examined object an indexing part 7 indexing the cerebral circulation condition from the detected information from the detecting part 3 and a disturbance specifying part 6 specifying information influenced by disturbance, out of the detected information. The disturbance specifying part 6 acquires output values synchronous with the detecting operation of the detecting part 3, and determines, as invalid information, detected information of a section S in which the output values exceed a threshold 9.
