The present invention relates to a composition for coating and a method for manufacturing the same, which can produce an article having a slippery surface both inside and outside. The composition for coating according to the present invention is capable of producing an article having a slippery surface on both the inner and outer surfaces with only a simple process of molding and curing the polymer resin by conventional techniques. The article manufactured using the coating composition of the present invention can solve ice removal on the surface of a machine such as an aircraft, an automobile, etc., biofouling problems in blood vessels, and problems requiring self-cleaning, and can be used in various industries.본 발명은 외부와 내부가 모두 미끄러운 표면을 갖는 물품을 제조할 수 있는 코팅용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 코팅용 조성물은 중합체 수지를 종래의 기술로 성형하고 경화시키는 간단한 공정만으로도 내면과 외면이 모두 미끄러운 표면을 갖는 물품을 제조하는 것이 가능하다. 본 발명의 코팅용 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 물품은 항공기, 자동차 등과 같은 기계의 표면에서의 얼음 제거, 혈관 등에서의 biofouling 문제, 자가 세정이 필요한 문제 등을 해결할 수 있어 다양한 산업에서 활용이 가능하다.
