PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging module capable of preventing distortion and flare of an image from occurring.SOLUTION: An imaging module 100 comprises: an imaging device 20 on the surface of which a light receiving area 22 is formed and a prism 30, directly disposed on a light receiving area formation surface side of the imaging device 20, to refract light from outside against the light receiving area 22. The prism 30, on a bottom face 31 of which a recessed part 32 having an aperture whose area is larger than the light receiving area 22 is formed, is cemented to the imaging device 20 by an adhesive 50 applied to a side face 34 of the recessed part 32 so that the bottom face 31 contacts the imaging device 20 directly without the adhesive 50.
