The present invention relates to enveloped virus particles providing a modified composition of their envelope, methods for exogenously modifying the envelope composition of an enveloped viral particle making use of compounds consisting of a hydrophilic target domain and a lipophilic membrane anchor domain, wherein the lipophilic membrane anchor domain becomes anchored into the lipid double layer of the envelope and wherein the hydrophilic target domain becomes exposed to the surrounding incubation fluid. The invention further relates to methods and means to use said modified viral vectors and to pharmaceutical compositions containing such envelope modified viral vectors.La présente invention porte sur des particules virales enveloppées présentant une composition modifiée de leur enveloppe, sur des procédés pour la modification exogène de la composition de lenveloppe dune particule virale enveloppée faisant usage de composés constitués dun domaine cible hydrophile et dun domaine dancrage membranaire lipophile, le domaine dancrage membranaire lipophile devenant ancré dans la double couche lipidique de lenveloppe et le domaine cible hydrophile devenant exposé au fluide dincubation environnant. Linvention porte en outre sur des procédés et des moyens dutilisation desdits vecteurs viraux modifiés et sur des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant de tels vecteurs viraux modifiés au niveau de lenveloppe.
