The present invention provides N-(3-(2-amino-6,6-difluoro-4,4a,5,6,7,7a-hexahydro- cyclopenta[e][1,3]oxazin-4-yl)-phenyl)-amides of formula (I), having BACE1 inhibitory activity, their manufacture, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use as therapeutically active substances. The active compounds of the present invention are useful in the therapeutic and/or prophylactic treatment of e.g. Alzheimers disease.La présente invention porte sur des N-(3-(2-amino-6,6-difluoro-4,4a,5,6,7,7a-hexahydrocyclopenta[e][1,3]oxazin-4-yl)phényl)amides de formule (I), ayant une activité dinhibition de la BACE1, sur leur fabrication, sur des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant et sur leur utilisation comme substances thérapeutiquement actives. Les composés actifs de la présente invention sont utiles dans le traitement thérapeutique et/ou prophylactique de par exemple la maladie dAlzheimer.
