PURPOSE: A producing method of a health functional pill using bulbs of polymnia sonchifolia is provided to secure the pharmacological function of the bulbs of polymnia sonchifolia and to remove the bitter taste of polymnia sonchifolia leaves. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a health functional pill using bulbs of polymnia sonchifolia comprises the following steps: steaming the bulbs of polymnia sonchifolia for 7~15minutes at 100deg C； drying the steamed bulbs for 7~15minutes at 100deg C； grinding the dried bulbs； drying polymnia sonchifolia leaves, and grinding to obtain polymnia sonchifolia leaf powder； mixing the bulbs and the polymnia sonchifolia leaf powder in a ratio of 6~8:2~4； and mixing water, roasted bean powder, and the polymnia sonchifolia powder and kneading.본 발명은 수확한 야콘 구근을 증숙시키고, 증숙된 야콘 구근을 70℃에서 90℃에서 건조시킨 후, 건조된 야콘 구근을 마쇄시켜 야콘 구근 분말을 제조하는 제1단계；야콘잎을 건조한 후, 마쇄시켜 야콘잎 분말을 제조하는 제2단계；상기 제1단계의 야콘 구근과 상기 제2단계의 야콘잎을 7:3의 비율로 섞어서 분말로 마쇄시키는 제3단계；물, 볶은콩 분말, 상기 제3단계의 야콘분말을 혼합하여 반죽하는 제4단계；상기 제4단계의 반죽물을 자동제환기로 뽑아내어 환 형상으로 성형하는 제5단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 야콘환의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
