The integral evacuation mattress also includes a top evacuationsheet configured to be deployed over a patient who isdisposed above the mattress top face sheet. The integral evacuation mattressfurther includes securing structure configured tose-cure the top evacuation sheet to the patient and the integral mattress.Transport structure is also included in the integral evacuationmattress and is configured for a person to drag the secured patient andintegral mattress from a hospital.
