PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical support system and a medical support program that achieve improvement in quality of treatment in all fields of medicine.SOLUTION: A medical institution system comprises: a cancer chemotherapy management section 161 that receives an entry of medical information including at least disease-related information and drug-related information used for medical treatment a cancer chemotherapy support DB 15 that stores the medical information received by the cancer chemotherapy management section 161 and an analysis result display section 162 that outputs the medical information stored by the cancer chemotherapy support DB 15. The cancer chemotherapy management section 161 receives medical information including information on the progress of treatment for diseases. The drug-related information includes information on drugs administered to patients.
