The present invention provides a peptide at least partially derivable from human Thyroid Stimulating Hormone Receptor (TSHR) which peptide is capable of binding to an MHC molecule in vitro and being presented to a T cell without further antigen processing. The present invention also relates to the use of such peptides for the prevention or suppression of activating autoantibody formation in Graves Disease.La présente invention concerne un peptide au moins partiellement dérivable du récepteur de la thyréostimuline (TSHR), ledit peptide pouvant se lier à une molécule de CMH in vitro et être présenté à un lymphocyte T sans traitement supplémentaire de lantigène.
