A drug delivery cartridge can include a substrate coated with atleast one of THCand CBD and configured to allow for passage of air through the cartridge tovolatilize at leastone of THC and CBD for inhalation by a user to induce a medicinal ortherapeutic effect tothe user. A drug delivery system can be used with the drug delivery cartridgeand can includea heating element to volatilize at least one of THC and CBD from the coatedsubstrate into avapor for inhalation.
