The invention relates to a method for improving a radiation rate of far infrared rays by using a material for prevention and cure of cardiovascular diseases. The material stored with far infrared energy of 6-14micron band is placed in a container. Then the container is heated up to a temperature at which the radiation rate of the far infrared rays can be improved. After the above temperature is reached, an appropriate temperature control is kept, and the contained is cooled so that the material can improve the radiation rate of the far infrared rays and is stored with far infrared energy having high radiation rate of 0.88-0.99 to form a materialfor prevention and cure of cardiovascular diseases.
