PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate fluctuation monitoring device capable of surely and precisely monitoring a flow rate fluctuation of a fluid in a flow channel through which the liquid which may cause the flow rate fluctuation flows, and to provide a biological component measuring device.
SOLUTION: The flow rate fluctuation monitoring device includes: a first flow channel 2 through which the fluid A flows a second flow channel 3 through which the fluid A flows at a flow rate lower than that of the fluid A flowing through the first flow channel a branch flow channel 4 branched at a junction part 8 of the first flow channel 2 and the second flow channel 3, through which an interface forming fluid B capable of forming an interface to the fluid A and the fluid A flow while the fluid A is separated from the interface forming fluid B a detecting section 6 arranged in the branched flow channel 4 and detecting the interface of the interface forming fluid B and the fluid A flowing and an operation section 7 calculating the flow rate fluctuation according to the detected data output from the detecting section 6. The biological component measuring device is also provided.
