Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Implantat zur Knochendistraktion, umfassend einen Implantatkörper und eine Distraktionsmembran, wobei der Implantatkörper ein Knochenverankerungselement und einen Aufbau umfasst, wobei mindestens ein Teilbereich der Oberfläche des Knochenverankerungselements rau und/oder beschichtet ist und wobei mindestens ein Teilbereich der Oberfläche des Aufbaus glatt ist.
