The present invention relates to an adhesion prevention film, and more particularly, to an adhesion prevention film, which is manufactured by mixing a composition including polyethylene oxide (PEO) and pectin, and then casting, melt-extruding or blow-molding the resulting mixed composition, thus enhancing adhesion to a mucous membrane. The present invention provides a composition for adhesion prevention, comprising PEO and pectin and being capable of enhancing adhesion to a mucous membrane. Also, the present invention is manufactured by mixing a composition including PEO and pectin, and then casting, melt-extruding or blow-molding the composition, thus providing an adhesion prevention film with excellent mechanical strength, flexibility, adhesion, cytotoxicity, biodegradability, biocompatibility, adhesion prevention characteristics and the like.본 발명은 유착 방지 필름에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO) 및 펙틴을 포함하는 조성물을 혼합한 후, 상기 혼합된 조성물을 캐스팅, 용융압출 또는 블로우 몰딩하여 제조되며, 점막에 대한 점착성을 향상시킬 수 있는 유착 방지 필름에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO) 및 펙틴을 포함하고, 점막에 대한 점착성을 향상시킬 수 있는 유착 방지용 조성물을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명은 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO) 및 펙틴을 포함하는 조성물을 혼합한 후, 상기 혼합된 조성물을 캐스팅, 용융압출 또는 블로우 몰딩하여 제조되며, 기계적 강도, 유연성, 점착성, 세포독성, 생분해성, 생체적합성, 유착방지 특성 등이 우수한 유착 방지 필름을 제공할 수 있다.
