Provided herein are methods and compositions for treating cancer in an individual comprising administering to the individual an effective amount of a dendritic cell therapeutic vaccine incorporating the p53 tumor suppressor and administering at least one CD122/CD132 agonist and at least one immune checkpoint inhibitor to treat a cancer in a subject. Also provided herein are methods of enhancing anti-tumor efficacy by administering the agents described above in combination with other cancer therapies.L'invention concerne des méthodes et des compositions pour traiter le cancer chez un individu, comprenant l'administration à l'individu d'une quantité efficace d'un vaccin thérapeutique à cellules dendritiques contenant le suppresseur de tumeur p53 et l'administration d'au moins un agoniste de CD122/CD132 et d'au moins un inhibiteur de point de contrôle immunitaire pour traiter un cancer chez un sujet.
