PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deglutition movement measurement device capable of measuring a subject's deglutition movement without obstructing the subject's deglutition movement.SOLUTION: A deglutition movement measurement device, a device for measuring deglutition movement on the basis of a larynx's movement caused at the time of deglutition of a bolus, comprises: an electrostatic capacitance type sensor to be brought into contact with a body surface of a subject's larynx; and a measuring instrument for measuring a variation in electrostatic capacitance in the electrostatic capacitance type sensor. The electrostatic capacitance type sensor includes: a sheet-like dielectric layer; and a first electrode layer and second electrode layer that are formed on the dielectric layer's front face and rear face, respectively, so that at least parts of the electrode layers face each other while holding the dielectric layer.
