The elastic members (81) of the lower stretchable section (8A1) have a non-stretchable section (82) at a portion overlapping with an absorber (4). The upper stretchable section (8A2) has a lesser stretching force than that of the lower stretchable section (8A1). Upper and lower ends (60p), (60q) of a tape base (60) are positioned in the vicinity of respectively corresponding outermost or innermost first imaginary straight lines (V1p), (V1q), and a major part of the tape base (60) is present in a region sandwiched by the two imaginary straight lines (V1p), (V1q). A major part of a tape holding section (61) is present in a region sandwiched by two second imaginary straight lines (V2), (V2).
