More specifically, provided is an ophthalmic treatment device which comprises: a setting part setting a treatment mode a therapeutic light emission part irradiating a target position on the eyeground with therapeutic light for treatment for several times a monitoring part monitoring state information on the target position by the therapeutic light while the therapeutic light is emitted and a control part determining whether the treatment has reached to a specific intensity based on the treatment mode using the information monitored in the monitoring part, and controlling an operation of the therapeutic light emission part based on the determined outcome.
