PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ingredient-containing fluid food for rice gruel that gives excellent taste with ingredients made one with rice gruel hardly coming loose in the mouth when eating the fluid food with rice gruel.SOLUTION: The ingredient-containing fluid food for rice gruel contains salt at 1-5 mass%, and processed starch.
