PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collecting device and a flow path opening/closing means, making blood pass through by the fluid pressure of the blood and transferring the blood in the state of a laminar flow.
SOLUTION: In the blood collecting device (1), a unidirectional valve (V) is arranged in the middle of a blood collecting tube (T1) between a branching tube (13) and a blood collecting bag (4), and the unidirectional valve (V) can transfer the blood to the blood collecting bag (4) by opening a flow path by the fluid pressure of the blood from the side of a blood collecting needle (8) when the flow path of an initial flow blood tube (T2) is closed by the flow path opening/closing member (C(11a)).
