FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to forensic medicine, and can be used for determining input or output nature of gunshot injury. Presence of "morphological signs of nature of injury" according to table 1 of the description. At first step, when at least one of signs is detected: when injured through clothes - X1, X2, X4-X10, X14, X17, X22, X24, X27-X33, X38, X40-X44, X47-X50, X52 when open body area is injured - X21, X22, X24-X33, X38, X40, X41, X43, X44, X47-X50 injury is considered "input". When at least one of signs is detected: when injured through clothes - X18, X20, X45, X46, X51 when open body area is injured - X45, X46, X51 injury is considered "output". If signs X1, X2, X4-X10, X14, X17, X18, X20-X22, X24-X33, X38, X40-X44, X47-X51 are not detected, second step of analysis of signs X1-X55 is performed, by using mathematical methods: bayes sequential procedure, total discriminatory analysis and binary logistic regression. As a result one of two states is determined: input or output injury. Conclusion about the nature of injury is made based on the result of determining of one of two said states, obtained by at least two said mathematical methods.EFFECT: method provides simple and objective determining output and input nature of gunshot injury by assessing the complex of the most significant morphological signs of injury and using mathematical methods.1 cl, 3 tbl, 2 exИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к судебной медицине, и может быть использовано для определения входного или выходного характера огнестрельного повреждения.
