PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which gives cool feeling to the whole body, such as the skin and scalp, and is excellent in sustainability of cool feeling, and provides a good skin condition in refreshed feeling without sticky feeling when applying, and does not have skin irritation and does not have a deposition of a component.SOLUTION: The cosmetic contains a cold sense component, a cold sense duration component, an astringent component, and lower alcohol. Further, the cold sense component is preferred at least either one of menthol and camphor, the cold sense duration component is preferred at least either one of menthyl glyceryl ether and menthyl lactate, and the astringent component is preferred vegetable extract.
