A medical device (10, 110, 210, 310, 410), comprising: a flexible hollow tube (20, 120, 220, 320, 420, 520, 620, 720, 820, 920, 1020, 1120, 1220, 1320, 1420, 1520) extending from a proximal end (24, 124, 324) to a distal end (22, 122, 322, 422, 1522) and defining a channel (26, 126, 326) therebetween, at least one opening (28, 128, 328) being defined in a distal portion of the tube； a flexible member (40, 140, 240, 340, 440) having an initial position disposed alongside the tube and being deployable to a subsequent position, the flexible member being configured to be deployable to automatically assume a shape of a greater curvature of a stomach； and a reusable portion (11) having a first tank (T1) including a fluid, a second tank (T2) for receiving material, and a third tank (T3) communicating with atmospheric pressure, the reusable portion having a first valve (V1), a second valve (V2), and a third valve (V3), the first valve and the second valve each having a first position ('A'), a second position ('B'), and a third position ('C'), the channel being delivered with pressurized fluid when the first valve and the second valve are moved to the first position.
