The present invention relates to a surgical catheter using plasma. The present invention includes: a catheter conduit in which a plurality of power lines are formed a plurality of first plasma electrodes positioned at a predetermined distance from a distal portion end toward a proximal portion of the catheter conduit inserted into the human body, formed to protrude from the catheter conduit while being at a predetermined distance along an outer diameter of the catheter conduit, and discharging the plasma in response to power supply from the power line and a plasma switching unit disposed in the proximal portion of the catheter conduit and switching power supply to one of the plurality of power lines such that one of the plurality of first plasma electrodes selectively discharges the plasma. The plurality of first plasma electrodes are formed along the outer diameter of the catheter conduit within a predetermined distance toward the proximal portion from the distal portion end of the catheter conduit and the plasma is applied in a state where a side surface of the catheter conduit is positioned at a lesion site. As a result, an easier and more accurate operation can be performed when the first plasma electrode is positioned at the lesion site.
