The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a therapeutic agent for skin lesions suitable for the treatment or prevention of skin lesions such as bed sores, and a therapeutic agent for skin lesions obtained by said production method. This method for producing a therapeutic agent for skin lesions is characterized by comprising a mixing step for mixing earthworm castings and water, and a recovery step for obtaining a liquid by recovering vaporized water generated from the mixture obtained at the mixing step. This therapeutic agent for skin lesions is obtained by said production method. At the mixing step, it is preferable to further mix organic matter in addition to the earthworm castings and water.
