PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image diagnostic system and an image diagnostic apparatus that can restore the environment when a bookmark was created even when the software used at the creation of the bookmark does not exist in the image diagnostic apparatus.SOLUTION: Safekeeping means of a server keeps in advance the restoration information to restore the operation environment of an image diagnostic apparatus at the creation of the bookmark information stored in bookmark storage means. Restoration information reception means of the image diagnostic apparatus receives the restoration information kept in the safekeeping means. Data acquisition means of the image diagnostic apparatus acquires data on the basis of the position information contained in the bookmark information stored in the bookmark information storage means.
