PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a traditional dripfeed information communication system used for supervising a patients dripfeed conditions, the patients dripfeed system is set up by inputting the bar codes for the patient name and dripfeed drugs to be used recorded on the patients clinical chart, but it is uncertain whether such dripfeed information is correctly conveyed to the patient from the physician in charge.SOLUTION: The physician in charge transmits the total dripfeed quantity and the number of drips per unit hour to a doctors office terminal 2 total dripfeed time and other information to a dripfeed controller terminal 1 to execute the dripfeed, based on which information the subject dripfeed is done. A nurse or the like carries a mobile terminal for confirming the information by which the dripfeed is being done. If any abnormality should occur in the dripfeed conditions, it is reported to both the doctors office and mobile terminals from the dripfeed controller terminal. If it becomes clear that any malfunction occurs at the dripfeed controller, measures against the malfunction can be taken by sending a specific signal to the dripfeed controller from the doctors terminal or the mobile terminal.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の点滴状態を監視する点滴通信システムはカルテに読み込まれた患者バーコード、薬剤バーコードを読み込んで点滴装置を設定していたが、医師から点滴に関する点滴情報の伝達が正しく患者に反映していたかどうか不確かだった。【解決手段】医師が医局端末に点滴量、単位時間あたりの点滴数、点滴時間等の点滴に関する点滴情報を、点滴を行う点滴コントローラ端末に送信し、その送信された点滴情報に基づいて点滴を行い、看護士等が携帯端末を持って、点滴が行われている情報を確認することができる。また、もしも点滴の状態に異常があれば、点滴コントローラ端末より医局端末および携帯端末に通知する。また点滴コントローラに事故があると判明したときには医局端末又は携帯端末から点滴コントローラに特定の信号を送って対策をとることができる。【選択図】図1
