A method for production of biopreparation “Deltacyde” for protection of plants against diseases, caused by phytopathogenic fungi, comprises inoculation of cells of bacteria-antagonists of phytopathogenic fungi, theirs cultivation in nutrient medium containing all necessary microelements, mineral salts, vitamins and stimulating additives, biomass cultivation on nutrient medium with production of industrial variant of the finished product in a form of suspension of defined titer, determination of preparation activity during inhibition of phytopathogens on different agricultural cultures. For production of bioproduct the preparation on the basis of active bacterial strains "Pseudomonas aureofaciens" strain 111 and "Pseudomonas aureofaciens" strain 306 is used. Cultivation of the producer strain is carried out on balanced nutrient medium with the following components ratio, g/l:The production of the finished product is carried out by the following method: of nutrient medium is sterilized for 1.5 hours at the temperature of , cooled to 30- 10 ml of sterilized medium is placed into vial, initial culture is introduced into vial and cultivated for 36-40 hours at the temperature of 26- after that of nutrient medium is sterilized for 1 hour at the temperature of , cooled to 30-, biomass titer is determined, placed into fermenter, the nutrient medium is inoculated with 10 ml of biomass produced in the vial, the culture is cultivated into mini-fermenter for 34-36 hours at the temperature of 30- at continuous mixing and sterile air supply, material sterility test is carried out, biomass titer and medium pH are determined of produced biomass is introduced into sterilized nutrient medium of the same content, located in fermenter for 1 tonne, inoculation of fermenter is carried out through inoculating nipple in flame zone.
