An objective of the present invention is to provide a surgery tray for receiving surgical treatment tools which is capable of allowing surgical treatment tools to be conveniently used to effectively operate surgery by deploying surgical treatment tools and to be sterilized with steam as they are in a state that the surgical treatment tools are regularly arranged in the tray, such that the surgical treatment tools can be conveniently used. To this end, the present invention provide provides a surgery tray for receiving surgical treatment tools in order to receive the same kind or different kinds of surgical treatment tools, which includes fixing means for fixing the surgical treatment tools to an inside of a tray body, and which provides the surgical treatment tools by deploying it when operating surgery, and a dental treatment tool set having the same.본 발명은 수술을 위한 도구들이 가지런히 정리된 상태로 수납되어 있다가 수술 준비시에 가지런히 정리된 상태 그대로 펼쳐짐으로써 수술도구를 편리하게 사용하여 효율적인 수술이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 수술도구를 수납한 상태에서 그대로 스팀소독이 가능하도록 함으로써, 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 수술도구 수납용 서저리(surgery) 트레이를 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명은, 같은 종류이거나 혹은 다른 종류인 복수의 수술도구의 수납을 위한 것으로서, 트레이 몸체의 안쪽에 복수의 수술도구를 고정하는 고정수단이 구비되고, 수술시에 펼쳐짐에 따라 수술도구를 제공하는 수술도구 수납용 트레이 및 이를 갖는 치과용 수술도구 세트를 제공한다.
