The present invention relates to a vegetation pouch and a fixing device for the pouch, more specifically, the vegetation pouch filled with seeds, fertilizer, and soil is installed among the natural stones on a river bank for rapidly recovering the waterside ecosystem, and the fixing device for the pouch.
