PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water feed tube for cleaning an electric knife which does not need to adopt a complicated structure or configuration like a conventional one, can be applied to a conventional electric knife, too, as it is, with a simple structure, can clean an electrode by continuously dripping water to the electrode without taking the electric knife out of the human body for cleaning the electrode, can prevent adhesive protein from adhering to the electrode, and can also cool the electrode.SOLUTION: A water feed tube for cleaning an electric knife is provided with a heat-resistant tube body 2 in which the front and rear ends are open, and the inside in the axial direction is formed in the hollow part where an electric knife is inserted and held.
