The present invention relates to an individual seedling cultivating pot used for a strawberry hydroponics cultivating apparatus cultivating both strawberry seedlings and strawberries. The individual seedling cultivating pot comprises a body (9) in a conical shape with an open upper side and a hollow inside. The body (9) is in the shape of a cone having a height of 8-10 cm and a diameter of 4-6 cm. Three to five ribs (2) are formed to be long in a vertical direction on the outside of the body (9). The ribs (2) strongly support the body by preventing the body (9) from being deformed. A protrusion unit (7) having a ring hole (8) is formed to protrude from one side of an upper end portion of the body (9) with the open upper side and the hollow inside. The ring hole (8) is formed to draw the individual seedling cultivating pot with a hook or the like in an easy manner when a seedling, generated from a mother tree, is transplanted. One to three moisture holes (5) in a size of approximately 3-8 mm are formed on one side of an upper portion of the body (9). The moisture holes function as a moving path for moisture and an air path to form an equilibrium state of moisture between soil of a bed and soil filled in the individual seedling cultivating pot.
