PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external composition that comprises a carboxyvinyl polymer, a heparin analog and a glycyrrhizinic acid, and has a pH of 6.0 or less but inhibits phase separation and shows excellent stability.SOLUTION: An external composition comprises a carboxyvinyl polymer, a heparin analog and a glycyrrhizinic acid, and has a pH set within 4.0-6.0.
