PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic imaging apparatus which can be operated easily, while securing safety, by improving difficulty in operation caused by a safety mechanism.SOLUTION: In an X-ray fluoroscopic imaging apparatus 1, when determined by a main control part 13 that a distance between a C arm 7 and an object is shorter than a distance determined beforehand, a torque generation part 39 generates resistance force N to a control lever 31. Thus, an operator begins to feel resistance to approach of the C arm 7 to the object. The operator can perform approach operation of the C arm 7 without stopping once not by both hands as before but by keeping one-hand operation, while feeling the object. Namely, the approach operation of the C arm 7 can be performed easily, while securing safety.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】安全機構による操作のしにくさを改善し、安全を確保しつつ操作が容易なX線透視撮影装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】X線透視撮影装置1において、トルク発生部39は、主制御部13がCアーム7と物体とが予め設定された距離よりも近いと判定した場合、操作レバー31に対して抵抗力Nを発生させる。これにより、操作者は、Cアーム7を物体に近づけることに抵抗を感じるようになる。物体を意識しつつも、従来のように両手ではなく片手操作のままで、一旦停止せずにCアーム7の接近操作を行うことができる。すなわち、安全を確保しつつ、Cアーム7の接近操作を容易に行うことができる。【選択図】図2
